Sabita Bastakoti To Attend Denver Publishing Institute

MA student Sabita Bastakoti will attend the Denver Publishing Institute which is a part of the University of Denver where top publishing industry leaders run workshops, lectures, and special sessions, including off-site field trips during an intensive summer session. Sabita will be learning editing, marketing, and book production in both independent publishing houses and global media companies. 

Sabita is also the recipient of the 2022 Carolyn Kroll Reidy Scholarship created by Simon & Schuster, a scholarship for people from “historically underrepresented groups in the publishing industry.”
