Farewell, Polly Light

It’s a bittersweet day in the Department of Writing and Rhetoric Studies. Our beloved Administrative Manager, Polly Light, is retiring.

We honor 20 years of invaluable service and extend our deepest gratitude to Polly for the instrumental role she played during our dramatic development and growth. To list all of her contributions would still be an inadequate description of the indelible mark she left on our department.

Beyond the office, Polly has been a cherished colleague and friend, and we will miss her humor, wit, and impeccable taste. 

Thank you, Polly, for your many years of excellent service. We wish you a fond farewell and send our sincerest appreciation and admiration. May this new chapter of your life bring joy, cherished memories, and much relaxation!
